IDPI relies on donations from concerned citizens like you.  Please contribute to this important work today.
There are lots of ways to mobilize religious support for more compassionate and less coercive drug policies.  If any of the following activities interests you or if you have any additional ideas, please contact us to discuss.

Federal Work

IDPI focuses its federal work on three main issues.

    1. Repealing mandatory minimum drug sentencing and stopping efforts to
         expand it.
    2. Changing federal law to allow for the medical use of marijuana.
    3. Restoring financial aid to college students who have lost it because of a
        drug conviction.

Most of our work on these issues involves lobbying national religious groups to lobby Congress on behalf of these issues if they have a favorable position.

No matter where you live, there is local action that you can take to support these policy changes at the federal level.
