"legal distribution of most or all drugs" -- either free-market or with various degrees of regulation (e.g., like alcohol and/or tobacco)
"legal distribution of marijuana only"
"decriminalization of most or all drugs" -- removal of criminal penalties for possession and use, with or without maintaining civil fines; drug abusers can still be arrested and imprisoned for committing actual crimes (e.g., assault, burglary, impaired driving)
"decriminalization of marijuana only"
"medicalized access" -- people unwilling or unable to abstain may obtain their drugs from a medical doctor and/or specially licensed medical clinic
"miscellaneous" -- support at least some of the following reform options currently being considered in various legislatures: some reductions in spending on law enforcement and prisons; better access to treatment; more effective drug education; demilitarization of international drug control efforts; and reducing or eliminating mandatory minimum prison sentences, property forfeiture, racial profiling, and racially discriminatory sentencing
"coerced treatment" -- while individuals can still be arrested for possession, they are forced into treatment instead of prison
"status quo" -- aggressive enforcement and stiff penalties for most or all drug offenses
