IDPI: Action!DPI is structured as a lobbying organization, working to replace punitive and coercive drug laws with reasonable and compassionate regulations. Regardless of whether or not you agree with our ultimate objectives, most religious denominations and other groups already support the more modest positions that IDPI is taking on a variety of bills being considered in Congress and many state legislatures at this time. If you also support our positions on any specific legislative endeavors, there are many ways to help: First, please fill out our contact form so that we can provide you with timely information about the bills that we are either supporting or opposing. The more information that you provide, the better we will be able to utilize your areas of expertise and influence when needed. Second, read the information under "Focus Issues" (below) to see what we're working on, why, and what you can do right now to help. Third, check out the rest of the information available through this "action" section of our web page. There are many ways in which you can build support within your congregation, denomination, and/or other religious group(s). We will show you how. Finally, keep exploring the rest of our web page to learn more about the big picture, make a contribution, and otherwise become a leading faith-based advocate for drug policy reform. Onward!
